By entering the event areas of the White Pearl Mountain Days, all visitors acknowledge and agree to abide by the provisions of these house rules.
They apply to all locations and event areas of the White Pearl Mountain Days. An English translation is available; in case of doubt, however, the German version shall prevail.
After the event ends, the organizer assumes no liability for visitors who remain on the event location or re-enter it after closing. Facilities made available to event visitors must be used with care and treated respectfully.
Every guest is required to carry a valid, government-issued photo ID. All other forms of identification will not be accepted!
Bringing animals of any kind onto the event grounds or into the buildings is not permitted. The only exception is guide dogs, which must be leashed and wear a muzzle.
The instructions of the organizer, event staff, and security or supervisory personnel must be followed at all times.
All persons entering the event site must behave in a way that does not harm, endanger, or disturb others. They must also conduct themselves in a manner that prevents any damage to structures, facilities, equipment, or objects.
All visitors entering the event site must follow the instructions of the organizer, security staff, police, fire brigade, emergency services, and any announcements made via the sound system.
All forms of violence are strictly prohibited at all events. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the event site and may lead to a report being filed with the competent authorities.
We assume no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen property (e.g., jackets, bags, backpacks, valuables, etc.). Please take care of your personal belongings.
All catering and event equipment (e.g., glasses, cups, pillows, decorative and furnishing items) is the property of IXXALP. Any form of theft or unauthorized removal will be reported and may have civil and criminal consequences. Deliberately damaged or destroyed inventory must be replaced or compensated for by the guest on site.
The organizer reserves the right to make last-minute changes to the program or schedule. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. If one or more artists are unable to perform, parts of the venue become temporarily unavailable, or technical failures occur due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Any expenses incurred (travel, accommodation, processing fees, etc.) will not be reimbursed by the organizer in the case of a cancellation, postponement, or changes to the program or lineup that are beyond their control.
By attending, the visitor gives their explicit consent that photos and/or videos may be taken during events organized by IXXALP, in particular during the White Pearl Mountain Days.
